Our chef Eric Berthelot  proposes cooking courses , want to know what is like behind the scene? Experience with a professional and friendly team !!

Eric is also running a 'Terroir & Cuisine' Week at the same time a a painting holiday (held by Adam Coppe), so if you like to have a fun time learning cooking & visting a local market and St Emilion . Total immersion in a professional kitchen preparing for a chic restaurant. Eric is a fun-loving fellow as well as a great chef, so expect laughter & delicious tastings!

Cooking Course Fees payable directly to the teacher - 400 €

Of course, if you prefer having your own chef at home, please ask for details.
